Midwest Telephone provides prompt and accurate service. I am able to request service with an email and receive scheduling information back the same day usually the within a couple of hours. Technicians are dispatched quickly and emergent service is always available when I need. I know that if I have a problem with my phone systems at any of my sites, an email will get the problem solved. Highly recommend Midwest Telephone.

After years of using our NEC Aspire phone system we found it was time to upgrade our outdated equipment. We contacted Midwest Telephone Company and they quoted us a new Panasonic hybrid IP-PBX control unit with a Panasonic 2 port voicemail system, and 9 Panasonic digital display phones. We really liked what the Panasonic system had to offer so we had the equipment installed. Although there were a few glitches along the way the technician was able to work through them and resolved the problems we were having. We are very pleased with our new Panasonic phone system and will definitely use Midwest Telephone in the future to take care of our phone system needs.

Meridian Music Company has been a customer of Midwest Telephone since 1995 when we purchased our Panasonic DBS phone system from them. Midwest has been a stable and reliable service provider to Meridian Music and helped us move our system and reinstall it when we relocated to Carmel in 2004.

Damar Services, Inc. has had Midwest Telephone service, expand, and provide telephone equipment for the past 26 years on our Panasonic DBS telephone system. When Midwest Telephone started servicing our phones, we had three buildings. Today, we have 21 buildings across our 40 acre complex, and Midwest has grown with us. We chose Midwest Telephone because you are a locally owned small business and were able to come help us the day we called you! We had recently moved our office and needed our phone system hooked up. We have a Panasonic KX-TA624 Advanced Hybrid phone system with 7 phones.  Midwest re-connected our phone system, programmed it, and set everything up for us. The two technicians that came out were helpful, positive and friendly. We will definitely continue to use Midwest!

After a recent winter storm in central Indiana Howl at the Moon in Indianapolis experienced some substantial damage from a water pipe bursting. During this time several of our phones were damaged and we began looking for a company to replace our old Nortel phone system. Midwest Telephone was the only company I could find online that offered what we needed and didn’t try to sell us on changing our phone service. We had a new Panasonic KX-TDA50G phone system installed along with a KX-TVA50 voicemail system and 5 new KX-DT343 speaker phones. The staff was extremely helpful and patient.  The process of installing a new phone system had a lot of back and forth conversation on our end, and the Midwest team graciously waited until we knew exactly what we needed and what we could do.  I hope we don’t have to have a phone system installed anytime soon, but should we need anything regarding the phones or anything of that nature, we know who we are going to call.
